Charles is the technical validator for the Arc Intelligence pitch, brought in after Bruce and Eric express interest to evaluate what a read-only intelligence layer means for the existing stack. His AI stance is unknown — he may be skeptical. Any technical pitch should be prepared to address integration questions (POS systems, data access, security).
