Opened in 2017, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at Red Rock was the first Las Vegas expansion beyond the Strip. Located in the Summerlin master-planned community west of Las Vegas, it serves both casino guests and the local resident market. This is the full Sushi Bar & Grill concept — pristine sushi and sashimi alongside American grill items and the iconic fried chicken.
