Chiachi Kuo oversees Blue Ribbon’s Las Vegas and West Coast operations. Following the closure of The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas locations in February 2026, Kuo continues to manage the remaining Nevada and California footprint.
Las Vegas locations under oversight:
- las-vegas-red-rock — Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, Summerlin
- las-vegas-green-valley-ranch — Green Valley Ranch, Henderson (opened March 2024)
- las-vegas-brooklyn-bowl — The LINQ, Las Vegas
West Coast locations:
- la-the-grove — Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, The Grove, Los Angeles
- la-palisades-village-sushi — Blue Ribbon Sushi, Palisades Village
