Context
Blue Ribbon Sushi Palisades Village is a post-wildfire reopening in Pacific Palisades. The January 2026 Palisades Fire displaced the original location; this reopening represents a full recommitment to the neighborhood.
Ueki — Coming End of Summer 2026
A new Ueki omakase concept will open inside Blue Ribbon Sushi Palisades Village at the end of summer 2026. This is the second iteration of the concept named in honor of toshi-ueki — the 12-seat omakase format that originated at the West Village, NYC location (now closed, replaced by Blue Ribbon Sushi & Sake).
