History
This address previously housed Ueki — the 12-seat omakase concept named in honor of toshi-ueki, founding partner of Blue Ribbon Sushi. Ueki has since closed at this location. Blue Ribbon Sushi & Sake is the current concept operating at 34 Downing St.
A new Ueki location is planned to open inside Blue Ribbon Sushi Palisades Village (Los Angeles) at end of summer 2026.
