Arc Intelligence — Blue Ribbon AI Ops Pitch

Status: Active — next step is a direct Bruce/Eric screenshare, Allison’s endorsement already secured
Pricing model: one-time install fee (e.g. 750/mo) that covers new locations, AI model upgrades, and edge cases as they surface. Not a flat monthly subscription; see arc-intelligence-pitch/repitch-agent-in-a-box.md.

Concept

“Your systems are already generating intelligence. We build the layer that makes them act.”

Two workstreams under active development:

1. Call Notes Intelligence (Allison King’s pain)

AI reads 250+ Monday.com call notes weekly, extracts action items, surfaces a digest. Allison manually takes notes for 9 recurring weekly meetings across BR locations — Monday.com is the source. The intelligence layer synthesizes what already exists, framed as augmentation not replacement.

Demo: Morning Digest POC with live Monday.com data (April–May 2026 call notes). allison-king reacted positively.

2. Air DAM Automation (capability demonstration only)

AI finds best asset for a content brief, ranks top 3, drafts caption. Uses Blue Ribbon’s Air.inc workspace (30,200+ assets, 631 boards) actively managed by sonia-spina and her social agency partners. Blue Ribbon already has an in-house social media team handling engagement, so this isn’t solving an unmet need — it’s a demonstration of the same intelligence-layer approach applied to a different tool, not a core pitch item.

Note: Reframed from “The Sleeping Giant” (pitch language that backfired) to “Proof of Capability” — demonstrating what ADS can build, not pitching a felt pain point.

3. Email Signature Generator (capability demonstration)

Self-service tool built for Bruce, live at br-email-signature.pages.dev. Anyone in the organization fills in name and title and gets a copy-paste-ready, on-brand HTML signature. Same pattern as Air DAM Automation: a small tool usable org-wide, not a core pitch item.

Pitch History

DateEvent
~May 8, 2026Air DAM automation idea pitched to sonia-spina. Lukewarm — she’s not a decision-maker, and Blue Ribbon already has a social team covering that work.
May 2026allison-king shown Call Notes + Morning Digest demos. Positive response.
May 2026Allison confirmed Bruce and Eric are the actual approvers, told Bruce he and Eric should see it.
July 2026Pricing reframed from flat retainer to install+retainer (agent-in-a-box model). Conversation path corrected to direct Bruce/Eric outreach.

Current status: Active. Next and only step is a casual screenshare with Bruce and Eric, using Allison’s endorsement as the opener. No pricing unless they ask.

Decision Path

Direct to bruce-bromberg and eric-bromberg, using allison-king’s endorsement as the opener. No Sonia, no Ken, no Allison-as-conduit.

Decision makers: Bruce Bromberg and Eric Bromberg (co-founders, equal approvers).
